Research Interests

The focus of my reaserch is developing multi-parametric imaging approaches for the characterization of the tumor microenvironment (tumor vasculature, acidosis, hypoxia, and cellularity). The main goal is to identify and validate imaging parameters as novel tumor biomarkers in order to improve early detection, cancer treatment monitoring and formation of tumor metastasis.
