Research Interests

The aim of my project is to study the effect of Gadolinium retention in vivo on different tissues after repeated administrations of Gadolinium−based contrast agents (GBCAs). Moreover, we study the retention of GBCAs into different blood constituents: erythrocytes, leukocytes and serum in human and mouse blood. We use mainly BALB−C and CD1 mice for these studies, whereas for the human blood we use buffy coat from healthy donor.
