Research Interests

The PhD project focuses on the development of new contrast agents for molecular and cellular imaging by means of Spectral Photon Counting Computed Tomography (SPCCT) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT) including dual modality. New probes based on Gadolinium, either in form of chelates or nanoparticles, are considered because of their physico-chemical proprieties suitable for the imaging modalities.
